Everything below reflects what actually happens to your order, including the parts that take longer than we would like.
Shipping Costs
- Free worldwide shipping on orders over $100.
- Under $100 within the United States: $6.95
- Under $100 internationally: $9.95
The exact rate for your address is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Processing Times
We do not hold large warehouse stock. Some pieces are produced at the factory once you order them, which is why processing varies by item:
- In-stock items: 2 to 4 business days before dispatch
- Made-to-order items and restocks: 7 to 10 business days before dispatch
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days via USPS. Every shipment is tracked and insured.
So a realistic total is roughly 9 to 16 business days for in-stock pieces, and 14 to 22 for made-to-order pieces. We would rather give you the honest range than a number that makes the sale and disappoints you later.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number the moment your order ships. Allow 24 to 48 hours after dispatch for the carrier to show movement. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email support@haileylane.com and we will chase it.
If Your Order Is Late or Lost
Because every shipment is insured, a parcel lost in transit is our problem, not yours. Contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full at our cost.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your own country. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all parcels accurately.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delayed and failed deliveries. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately. If your order has not shipped we can correct it. Once it has shipped we can only wait for it to return to us.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, including if you simply changed your mind, provided it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Why Some Orders Take Longer
We produce in small batches rather than making thousands of units and hoping they sell. That means less of what nobody wants ends up made, but it also means that when a size sells out, restocking takes real time. When that happens to your order, we would rather tell you than quietly sit on it.
