What if it looks different in person?

Further up this page, just after the description, you will find photographs taken by customers in their own homes and their own light, next to ours. If the two ever disagree, trust theirs.

What if I order the wrong size?

Open the size guide on this page. It carries the measurements for this piece, how it has fitted other people, and what to do if you fall between two sizes. If it still arrives wrong, you have 30 days.

What if it does not suit my body?

The Model & Fit row gives the height of the model in these photographs and the size she is wearing, so you have something concrete to measure yourself against rather than guessing from a picture.

What if I only wear it once?

Divide the price by the number of times you will realistically wear it rather than by what it costs today. We would rather you bought one piece you reach for every week than three you wear once each.

When will it arrive?

Orders leave us in 2 to 4 business days, or 7 to 10 if the piece is made to order. Delivery is then 7 to 12 business days with USPS, tracked and insured the whole way. Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $100.

What if I want to send it back?

You have 30 days from delivery. Send it back unworn and unwashed with the tags on and we refund you to your original payment method. Email support@haileylane.com and we will start it for you.
